I always love checking out the list of Top 100 Companies to work for. It’s extremely interesting to see what these companies do for their employees and how important their corporate culture is to them. Imagine the productivity and the dedication of the employees as a result. And very important…think about the effect a great company culture has on Customer Service. These companies “get it”. We all know, as consumers and marketers, how important great customer service is for your company and your brand.

I was not surprised to see SAS as #1 and the likes of Google and Wegmans in the Top 5.
